Prince Michaela claims domain over New York City, but this nominal control has always been against the backdrop of the Sabbat. The Sabbat is a religious sect, and tightly organized, held together by stringent codes: this includes the Code of Milan, the Purchase Pact, and all the ritae the Sabbat adhere to as soldiers of Caine. The Archbishop, his Bishops (one for each of the five boroughs), and many Packs make their homes throughout New York City. They are strongest in the boroughs of Brooklyn and The Bronx.

The State of New York and the United State's East Coast is overseen by Cardinal Radu Bistri.
