Merits and Flaws

I have an important House Rule regarding Merits and Flaws:

Players will not be spending or gaining Freebie Points by taking Merits or Flaws. Players may instead take a number of Merits or Flaws for free according to the two options below.

1 Physical Merit
1 Mental Merit
1 Social Merit

OR

1 Supernatural Merit
1 Physical, Mental or Social Merit

I will also allow the additional option of taking 1 Physical, Mental, Social or Supernatural Flaw to gain 1 additional Physical, Mental, or Social Merit.

I reserve the right to deny Merits or Flaws I feel are overpowered, superfluous or unsuitable for the game. I will keep a list of Merits and Flaws below that I have denied on a case by case basis.
